creatine, protien and vitamins are good but save your money man. The most important thing you need to take when on your cycle is...............
FOOD!
And after you eat some food.... eat some more.
oh, and dont forget to train ;)

i tried NO-explode, it was hard to use correctly in that you shoudlnt eat(including shakes) an hour prior to taking it, then you had to wait 30 minutes to work out. i always drink a protein shake about 45 minutes to an hour before i train, so that ment i would drink a proten shake, wait for an hour, then take no-explode, then wait a half an hour then finally train. i didnt see any improvements so after the first bottle i quit. but im going to take Micks advice and use it during pct.

What I did was...
I eat 1&1/2 to 2 hours before a workout. I drink NO Explode 1 hour before a workout. The reason why I eat so far before a workout is to make sure I digested my food properly, and then I work out. When you eat, a lot of your blood goes to your stomach to digest your food. That is why you body gets colder and you get sleep. You go to the gym and get a GOOD pump the blood goes from around your stomach to the muscle you are working depriving your stomach of digestion properly. Most people say eat right after a workout. I usually wait 30min to an hour to make sure the pump stays in my muscle as long as possible, because I know when I eat, it will go straight to my stomach. Fact: In turkey, there is not enough tryptophane to make you sleep. You will get sleep anyways, because the blood will come from your organs and go to your stomach. Therefore making you sleep every time you eat.
Only take creatine for recovery time. When you break ATP down to ADP, the creatine you are taking will speed up your reaction going back from ADP to ATP, because it have a phosphate group. So itβs not bad to take creatine, it will just help you recover from an intense workout.

i dont know about the eating a meal right after, but protein supplement is very crucial post workout. the minute i get home from a work out im making a protein shake. 56g protein, 80g carbs. about 30-45 minutes later i will eat a meal. what matters more, having a pump or feeding your muscles?

They both play an important role. I didn't say "don't eat." I saying timing is an important key. Like today, I drank a shake around 25 mins. after a workout. Are you on a bulk cyc. because that a lot of carbs in a shake. What is the name of the protein shake you are drinking?

depending on the type diet you are on will determine protein carb ratios....having a shake w/carbs (preferrably dextrose, maltodextrin) right after your workout is very crucial to restore muscle glycogen and fill up your muscles. Then eat a regular meal about an hour later. If you are dieting and it's your last meal before bed no carbs...if not then have carbs...again protein/carb ratios will depend on bulking etc...
just because you are taking test/dbol etc...doesn't mean that you can't lose bf...it's all about diet...

kaelalden, i know you didnt say dont eat, i didnt want to sound like i was making you say that either. im cutting right now. i dont think it matters if your cutting or bulking, nutrition is Very crucial post workout. i take cytosport cytogainer, and iss proM3 at night. i know your thinking hey cytogainer is for bulking. per serving it only has 5grams of fat, 3 of which are saturdated, only 5 grams of sugar, which is crazy considering how good it tastes and 56grams of protein, the carbs are "cytocarb2's: unique combination of branching as well as long linear chain maltodextrins with very low dextrose equivalence". yes malibu your right about the no carbs at night. apprximatly 6pm ive finished all but a few carbs from my last protein shake(proM3) for the day.

Creatine will be a great way to get your simple sugars with Isolate protein (45-60 gms ) at 75 gms of Dexatrose (Creatine) carbs.. I would only use once after a workout with your protein. Then, like mentioned above, eat a high protein and high glycemic index carb, like white rice or potato

Some new studies are showing that carb intake at night is not any worse than carb intake during the day. The word is total daily intake now. I take in almost all of my carbs as whole grains (your body expends a lot of energy trying to burn whole grains, and the fiber will help to curb your appetite, and expedite the digestion of your food). I highly reccommend that you concentrate on eating all carbs from grains as whole grains. I take in my majority in the morning in the form of Kashi Go Lean oatmeal. I use Brummel and brown ( a butter substitute made from yogurt) stivia, and unsweetened soy milk, and 4 boiled eggs. I eat about 2 - 3 cups of fresh vegatables at lunch, about a lb of lean meat and 3 -4 more boiled eggs, for dinner I return to a small portion of whole grains and almost all meat and dairy. When I need something sweet I eat fruit sweetened yogurt. I cut all refined sugars from my diet, and I only drink water and one green tea a day. I have had very good success with this. I will say that on sunday though all food is fair game. I eat what I want on that day. It keeps me sane.
