Did anyone catch the TLC special "The man who's arm's exploded feat. Greg Valintino last night?" I think it gave those of us in this game another black eye as the journalism was absolutely biased again, only focusing on those who abuse rather than use steroids.

I love how there was no mention of his Synthol use, jsut focused on steroids. Surely pumping in pints of oil into your muscle isn't a good idea is it TLC?

But wow, did you guys see Mick Hart. I use to post on some boards based out of the U.K. and they all worshipped Hart and he looked like complete and utter garbage.

Gregg Valentino has implants and even though he may have done syntherol, it is impossible to get your arms looking like that by just doing syntherol, it like everything else must be done with care.

The sad thing is that he seems half way bright, but the guy fell victim to buff-o-rexia, and the even more fucked up thing is I can relate...I think we all can from time 2 time. i dont know about the half way bright thing. i know no one that would do that to thier arms and think it looks good/real. i read a bodybuilding.com interview with him, he sounded like a complete ass, and even though he advocates using synthol, he said he never did!? he said the reason for his arms is from 1200-1400mg testosterone along with tons of other gear, yet his biceps arent even that strong?! and youd think he would try to build up his forearms just a little, they look like toothpicks. IMO the guy is a complete joke

He says he didn't use synthol, he was just injecting test prop everyday into his biceps/tris and shoulders. Same effect as synthol, just pumping them full of oil and stretching the muscles.
