View Full Version : Clen/T3 sides?

A couple of questions

I'm on my third day. Titrating up from 60mg clen/50mg t3.
Currently at 80mg clen/75mg t3. Noticeable sides as I sit in my office are slight heart pain and slightly jittery.
I'm also taking 1500mg of taurine and cruising on 200mg/week at the moment.
Do the sides dissipate or do they get worse as the dose increases. By day seven, I will be at 120mg clen/100 t3. My plan is to do one week on/one week off for clen and maintain 125mg t3 until I begin to titrate down by week six.

Second question, since I have been cruising on 200mg (test E) for the past 3 weeks since my bulk cycle, would I receive any benefit in upping the dose at some point in this 6 week cycle?

i havent used t3, but i did use clen and made my way up to 200mcg a day. my sides were shakes and decreased appetite.

Def have decreased appetite. Just got back from the gym and notice a difference in stamina. Running a deficit in my caloric intake, I'm sure that doesn't help. Staying anabolic is going to be a challenge!

Don't feel like you need to go that high to get results. I am not a small guy and I made the mistake to think that I needed to go to those doses and it turns out that I am super responsive to Clen and T3. The result was I had some bad reactions. My resting neart rate which is usually 65 BPM went to 110 - 115 at 100 MCG of each and I was concerned that I was going to have a heart attack. I backed off to 25 T3 and 50 Clen and it was still ~ 95 BPM and I got excellent results. Now I have been off everything for two weeks and it is still 80 BPM. Admittedly it might still be elevated because of the 500 mg of Test that is my system now :D, but the reality is you need to listen to your body and not judge your dosage by what others take.

Do you need to have a calorie deficit diet for clen to work? Im trying to stick on a high protein/low carb diet - but the carbs keep creeping up as I get so hungry!

I have just backed down my t3 dose to 75mcg as I am getting blistering head-aches.....I feel comfortable at this level......Thats the thing about doing it incrementally....It can make for a nasty day if you rack it too high...listen to your body, you should have a shake or two with the clen, but you will ease into it...be wary of the t3 though, very fucking wary

and to clarify for the less than gifted, thats a bodily jittery hand shake, not a fucking protein smoothie!!!!!!

im on 160mg clen, shakes are abit worse - bp is ~140/65 and my pulse is ~95. Think I should stop increasing my dosage?

Fuck that, 160mcg of clen is a truck load....if you are not feeling comfortable, drop it.

Thing is I have no unbareable side effects whatsoever. My shakes arnt that bad and my body temp is slightly elevated - nothing serious.

It does seem to vary almost drastically from person to person. With me, on 100mcg of clen, my rhr is 110!

Man the most Clen dosage I can do is only 80MCG ED and 75MCG T3. When I went to 100MCG on Clen my heart was pounding. Be carefull. Just because someone does 120 or more does not mean you should do the same. Listen to your body.

Remember the last fucking retard we had here who said he was up to 300mcg of clen and he was not feeling a thing....I think he may have been banned, or has become the latest in those scientific supernatural magazines where you see a pair of shoes and some ashes next to a toilet with the by-line "Spontaneous Human Combustion"

and to clarify, I am not comparing you to that retarded twat....

they also refer to high BP as the silent killer for that very reason. i'd take all this as your body giving you early warning signs and lay off the clen a little bro.

Dude, Your RHR is 95 BPM. How high do you think you need to take it to get results? You have already elevated it somewhere around 25% at 95 BPM, which means it is already working ~25% harder just to keep you alive. Keep in mind that this is a marathon not a sprint. Be smart and LISTEN to your body. If your heart rate elevated that much it is telling you something.

Awww tyrone..I would never say you were a retard.....and thanks for the ECA.....I was quoting myself just in case some numbskull takes 500mcg of clen and keels over and then says "maybe I should have had chocolate instead of banana....."

took into account what you said count, dropped my dosage to 100mg and still have the same bp/rhr - gonna try 80/60mg tomorrow and see what happens. sorry to sound a newb, its my first time using clen :)

Seems to take a few days to adjust. Remember half life is 36 hours.

Good thinking. If you are not getting the results you want you can decide to increase it again later. Your body might adjust and require more in the future. I have seen information before (that I can no longer fine) that says you can track your body temp first thing every morning and determine when you need to adjust, or take antihistimines to upgrade receptors.
