It did me well as the citrious flavor was easy to drink just mixed with H20.
Actually it went down like water. BUT, I'd go with SynthePure any day from www.synthetek.com

Oh ya is synthepure tasteless coz i dont wan something which is milky and sweet. I wan something that is a tastless as posisble so i can down it as plain water with my meals to increase my protein intake .

I was actaully trying to say rather spend a bit more on stuff that works (which happen to be synthepure) rather than save a bit of $$ and go with something i am not sure about (which happens to be VP2 by AST nutrition).

SynthePURE is tasteless. You can even cook with it if you wish.

a tub a week???? which means i have to go thorugh 15 tubs??? thast enoguh cash to build another cycle hahah i will juz alternate the whey iso i have coz i still have 2 tubs of iso 100 so we'll see how it goes. and the expiery dates are then end of this year so i better finish them off. I dont really like iso 100 coz they tatse to damn sweet. its like drinking plainwater mixed with vanilla essence plus shit loads of sugar

Thanks. For the advice. And i know why they say Bodybuilding is a gid damn expensive sport i think i will have to work extra hard to maintain that diet.
