mixing clen with a drink

can i mix my dose of clen with a liquid ( OJ or water or whatever ) and leave in my lunch bag for i'd say 6 hours?? so i can do in morn before work and drink at lunch?? or is it too small of a dose so mixing it a might lose it on the side of the bottle??

I have the little ag-guys bottle of t3 and clen and I just carry that and a slin around in my back pack......

yeah I wondered this too when I took it for my last competition, but I was told that it had to be held under the tongue for a certain amount of time etc. so I just did it like that and washed it down with a bit of water
