hey guys new to here but like alot of what im readin alot is helpin
so my question is this:

if you dont have any adex for you cycle how long should you stay on nolva since you dont have anythin to bind to the estro
the nolva just blocks it
so if levels are high how long does it take for the estro to get back down to normal again?

it depends if your going to bulk or cut, IMO bulking needs estrogen! now if your running high gear then yeah i would throw in an anti, and when cutting, if using an aromatase steroid then you need an anti. you can stay on nolvadex the whole cycle either eay. if estrogen levels are high, and you dont do anything about it then they will continue to be high even after your done using gear, probably for a good month or two.

KoreanBB, follow the sound advice given to you. I agree with jstforme, estrogen could stay longer in you system so I normally run nolva for 6-8 weeks to play safe bro.

i hear too many stories about people Abusing steroids....not even knowing what a pct is, i read somewhere that this guy was getting gear from his friend who never even heard of nolvadex before. i remember when i first was really interested in steroids, all of my favorites/bookmarks were gear related websites, and i would read the same shit over and over and still enjoyed it just as much as the first time i read it. i know a thing or two about this and that but still am alwys ready for a good read.
