Hello my bros in bod.. I need some advice with some fat loss tips for my wife. When I met her 10 years ago she weighed 100lbs and at 4'11" she looked really good, she still does but now she weighs 130lbs.
She wants to try Alins womens fat loss cycle but she's afraid of getting a masculine voice, as far as her diet she doesnt have one...she gets up at 5:30am and doesnt return until about 7:30pm, she has no energy to do anything she doesnt want to do anything..I feel horrible because I love my wife very much before my children came she and I used to go to the gym, run, I would teach her how to fight, all in all we were very active.
After my daughter was born she kept her same weight of 100lbs but after my son was born 5 years later she went up to 140lbs during her pregnancy then has remained at 130 ever since.

What can I do? what can I give to my little wife for energy? please help her shes only 27 to be so stressed and lacking energy. :(

As far as Alin's Women's Super Weight Loss cycle, she would have nothing to worry about as far as voice or vaginal changes. The cycle does not have any AAS in it. It's just clen and T3. What I would suggest to anyone however, that they do not use a thing until they get a workout regimin down and have been going for at least a month. Keep your wife safe especially when doing the T3. It must be done correctly or she could be on thyroid medicine for the rest of her life. Also knowing the nature of these 2 chemicals may I suggest a physical prior at least since she does not work out? Once she had the second baby, her physical makeup permanently changed including the way she digests food and burns carbs/fat. This being said, you know and I know unless she works out or has some sort of physical training or at least keeps to a strict diet, she will put the weight back on as soon as the chemicals wear off, she will more than likely go back to her normal weight which is 130. Is there anything that you can maybe barter with her? Like maybe watch the kids more and say "I'll watch the kids on certain nights so that you can have some time to yourself, workout or do something physical..." type of deal. Also, a good way to motivate a woman into taking better care of herself I think is to pay extra special attention to her sexually. She will love the compliments and may strive to get more. Sometimes relationships get stagnent after a while. (not that yours is, I'm just giving some advice). Also theres the massage, sort of a treat at the end of a week if she does start working hard. She'll enjoy it, and deep tissue will help her tone up. Win/win situation. Good luck brother.

Kaiser, I'm with my kids 24/7 I'm a disabled vet and recieve a monthly compensation so she doesnt have to deal with them at all and as far as love she gets all my love and affection..I mean I love my wife no matter how she looks if we dont die young we will be old someday, my mom was a hot babe when she was younger now shes 68, so looks are not a problem for me besides my wife is not fat infact she to me looks better, nice thick legs and rump I personally dont like boney girls...but I get what you are saying. Thanks

i would advise the cytomel, clen also. along with a good diet and cardio. im on cytomel/eca (without aspirin) right now, dieting sucks cus im so used to eating a lot more! but im seeing very good results. im not married or anything like that but just from past relationships, helping out/joining in with her diet will help her stay on track and give both of yall motivation

As far as diet is concerned we had gotten on a strict fish, veg, and water diet it worked for both of us but since I got on my bulking cycle 2 weeks ago she hasnt wanted to do anything..she says she has no energy or desire to do stuff. I encourage her to exercise whether it's in the morning or at night, sometimes she wants to and other times "nada", she eats nothing during the day and for breakfast she'll eat cereal the rest of the day she drinks coffee or tea. Trust me guys I push her to workout but her job as a banking exec. is very stressful for her so when she comes home she's mentally drained, I massage her feet, hands her whole body, I make the dinner she doesnt have to do anything when she's home I just dont know what else to do.

Hey I don't know much about women's weight loss or women in general for that matter I still haven't figured out my wife after 9 years(HaHa) My friend said his sister use Meridia and it worked well. I don't know if that one messes with your thyroid as much as Cytomel, just the thought of screwing up your thyroid for the rest of your life is scary. If used improperly she could end up gaining more in the end. Check out the Meridia and see what that has to offer. Ok Bro

shes has no worries with womens fat loss cycle. non-hormonal just Clen and T3. Used correctly with proper diet and training, very effective.
