I am tired as hell right now but i havent eaten enough today and the way my body works if i dont eat enough ill wake up tomorrow and my arms will be smaller and lose like 5 lbs. I dont know whats more beneficial to me right now sleeo or more food...but ill opt for the food and just sleep in i guess. I dont know i guess this is probably a stupid thread but i figured id throw it out there...:rolleyes:

Ahhhh terrible shrinking fear! :D
Take a protein shake...big if you are hungry, wait 40 min. to 1 hour then go to bed.

I've really been there. I'm a chef and as stupid as it may sound when I get really busy at work I can miss meals. I mean I could eat the product I'm working with but many times it is not "our style" of food (with the exception if ironfreak). So then I'm in between meals, and have to open in the morning should I eat, sleep, or wait, especially now that I'm cutting, don't want to fuck up the work I'm doing. I have the same fear of losing muscle. Hell I freaked when my trainer told me I'd be dropping below 200 for my 1st show.

In my earlier years i would set alarm at 3am,,,get up have a WHEY shake and back too bed. remember DIET is HUGE factor!

alot of times i have stayed up for that meal , when im on a cycle i follow my diet almost very strictly im sure alot do

Yea I aim to have my last meal right before bed, so just quickly down some food if you've had a bit of seperation time between the meals and then hit the hay :)
You sound just like me Ross..I stay up an extra hour or 2 everynight to get a last night meal in...Latley ive been gettin the best of both worlds, Ill set the alarm for around midnight and have a egg/casein/whey shake.
