i am new, and this would be my first cycle and i am trying to choose between the newbie gold cycle and the no testosterone cycle. i was wondering what you guys think of this cycle because i am not too crazy about the effects of using the testosterone. looking for suggestions.

10 Week LEAN MASS Cycle

Weeks 1-10 50mg Proviron Every Day

Im guessing thats the no testosterone cycle?

thats a shitty cycle ... try 500mg of test E for 12 weeks.

I've used this cycle with many athletes with super success. will work far greater with Test E added

yea, this is the no testosterone cycle. if i was to add test would i keep everything else the same? and how would i order this because it is in the cycle/kit category, but it doesn't include test. thanks

if you never cycled id stick to 500mg of test e a week for 12 wekes and than nolvadex and clomid for PCT.

Allside,
what exactly are your goals? Are you trying to stay pretty lean and gain some quality muscle? Are you just looking to put on some mass and thickness?
what are your stats now, age-hgt-wght appx Bf% etc
and also run us thru your current diet..Like what you ate today or yesterday for example if you have time and are interested in getting a better answer.

my goals are to get big, but stay lean. i don't want to get bodybuilder big, just muscular looking. i would say a roy jones jr. look.

i am 25yrs old, about 190lbs,6ft. tall. i don't know my bodyfat, i have never gotten that done.

my current diet in a day is about 4 egg whites, then protein shake, then 4oz chicken breast, protein shake, then 4oz steak and baked potato, then a protein and carb shake.

my exercise routine is;
Mon.-chest, abs, 30min. cardio
Tues.-bi's, tri's, abs, 30min. cardio
Wed.-back, shoulders, abs, 30min. cardio
Thurs.-superset bi's and tri's, abs, 30min. cardio
Fri.-superset chest, abs, 30min. cardio
Sat.-legs, abs, 30min. cardio
Sun.-1hr.cardio, abs

first about your workout routine, you need to keep that cardio after your workout away. after your workout your body is craving essential protein and nutrients...but your running instead? you get what im sayin? and im just going to throw this out, i dont know how true this is, just something i have pondered on, but abs are muscles just like biceps, and for proper growth it too needs rest, i just started working out my abs since a long time, and keep it to every other day. i just was looking a little further into your routine and i saw that your working your same muscles way too often, keep it once a week per body part.
as far as diet goes i dont want to do the homework to figure out your exact #s but i already see that your not eating enough. 8oz. of meat really isnt a whole lot. roy jones jr will tell you that you need more than that to put on muscle. i wouldnt eat that baked potato and carb shake so late, it looks like most if not all of your carbs are at night?!
as far as your eating and workout routine is this new? or have you been doing this for a few months? im just trying to get a picture of your situation. because you say you want to look "muscluar" i wouldnt reccomend any steroid to anyone who doesnt already have a good foundation down.

thanks for all the suggestions. the diet routine i got from a trainer at the gym. i have a pretty good foundation, i just want to take it to the next level. i didn't really know how else to put it other than muscular. i am an athlete, let's just say i don't hit the ball out of the ballpark often enough. i want to gain size, but try to keep it lean. i don't mind the test, i am just worried about it staying in my system for such a long time, but i am ok with that.
i will definitely cut back on the cardio and the body workout like you suggested, thanks. i can add to my eating with no problem, thanks for that input also.

what do you think about this cycle, since it would be my first?

40z of meat is barely a snack. Most of your protien is coming from shakes. You need more whole foods. And like Jstforme said, move the carbs to meals 1-3. Start cutting the carbs out by around 4:30 and NO carbs after 8PM. This is all assuming your working out Mid-day. If your working out after work, then push the carb intake to meals 2-4.

IMO, I would question a trainer suggesting that diet. they should be pusing more whole foods and better quantities.

Getting your diet straight will get you a TON of natural gains, and make your first cycle that much better. I am 3 weeks into my first cycle now, but by getting my diet in order, I was able to put on about 20 lean pounds over the past 2 years. Get that in line first, before you add the gear. That's my opinion. Go for all the natrual gains first.

For your first cycle don't get all caught up in stacking... save that for later. I ran 500mg test cyp for 10 weeks and put on 20lbs. Plus get a feel for the test on its own before you start laying more compounds on top of it. Stick with just the Test E, eat well, and work your ass off. You won't be disappointed.

A rule of thumb that I will always go by, no matter what anyone else thinks, is to run Test only for a first cycle to see how you react to gear. After that you can start adding things down the road in your next cycles because once you start, there will be many more down the road.
