hey,
for a while now every time i work out, the part of the body that i work out starts to bruise and im not sure if that is bad or not. anyone have any input for me?

is it a physical bruise e.g it goes black or does it just feel like one?

I have a place on my right front delt that looks bruised when i lift. but then goes away. its kinda freeky, but doesn't hurt or any thing.

no it is a visible bruise but it doesnt really hurt more than the muscle itself when its sore.

could you be overtraining? you shouldnt have bruising. may need to see a doctor.

well i cant really just go see a doctor....i mean what if they want to take a blood test and they might get suspicious since it is work out related.

"You could try going lighter for a while and get yourself some citrus bioflavonoids which will help to strengthen your weakened capillaries which are apparently bursting/collapsing as you exercise, thus producing the bruising"
