Planning on doing a cutting cycle in 3 or 4 months and need some help choosing one...
Stats: 32 years old, 6 4" tall, 248lbs at approx 23% BF.
Training history: off and on since I was 15, I've done the research, I consider myself a "form Nazi". I do a 4 day split, changing it up frequently
Cycle history: One bulker with Test E(750mg) / Deca(500mg) for 12 weeks along with Dbol at 60mg for the the first 4 weeks. Then proper PCT with Nolva/Trib.
The bulker was around a year and a half ago and I considered it to be successfull. My weight went from 245 to 270 and my pants were looser then when I started. Unfortunately, right after PCT on that cycle I had a bad break-up with my GF of 5 years and my diet/workouts went to shit. My weight didn't go up that much, but I gained a lot of fat. I've been back in the gym for about 4 months now and am doing great with my diet. I've lost 22 lbs and am slowly regaining the muscle and strength I lost during the last year.
I'm planning to start this cycle when I get down to about 15% BF which I'm hoping won't be much more than 3 or 4 months. The last few times I've gotten down to 14/15% I've hit a wall and get discouraged.
Sample of my diet: meal 1)Protein drink(whey)/piece of fruit upon waking
2)2 chicken breasts/brown rice
3)Light yogurt
4)Protein drink(whey)
5)1 can tuna/either oatmeal or another piece of fruit
Workout
6)Protein drink(whey/casein)/either oatmeal or Raisan bran
Supplements: Flax or fish oil for healthy fats, multi vitamin-mineral, vitamin C, one serving of Supergreens(powder vegetable supplement)
On the weekends, the only change in diet is I sub fish in for the chicken(usually Talapia or Salman). I know I'm lacking vegetables big time.. I fit them as much as I can with some brocoli/cauliflower or a small salad with fat free dressing.
I've done a lot of research on AAS(with much to be learned for sure), but most of my research was for my previous cycle which was a bulker. So, I'm just starting to look at the cutting side. I don't have a problem with injections, I would just rather only do 2 a week, and it seems most cutting aas have to be EOD.
Cycle 1: Test E/Tren E
(Not sure on amts/length, I used 750mg of test on last cycle so I'm guessing around there for the test) I'd like to add prop to but thats EOD or even ED and I'm trying to go 2 sticks a week.
Cycle 2: Anavar/Winny cycle, something like this:
Weeks 1-12 75mg Anavar
1-6 Oral Winny 50 or 100mg's
6-12 T3 ramped to 75mgs/ Clen ramped to 80mcg

I know oral only cycles are discouraged, but have read Anavar isn't too harsh so I put it with the Winny. I have plenty of time to work on this guys.. so any suggestions would be appreciated!

No idea the amounts yet, I'm guessing around 700mg total since that was what my last had. I'd like to add prop but that seems to be at EOD or even ED.

I would strongly suggest you drop the winny and run the prop @ 75mg ED or 150 EOD(it will help you retain a bunch of muscle) also your goona want to change from all those shakes to real food protein sources...

^^^ I do try to get more protein from real food when I can, my work schedule makes this difficult though. What about the Test E/Tren E combo? I'm really trying to go with twice a week injects rather than 3..

I'd second the test prop and tren acetate really, just an opinion and it really does depend on your tolerance to being a human pin-cushion, I didn't have the best tolerance but I changed my mindset and used the pain to remind me every second day to make the UTMOST best of my cycle. It's not cheap stuff :p

I totally agree. Those protein shakes aren't the best for ya. If you still wanna include them into your diet, drink em with your meals. You'll get enough protein then. In your first meal, try eggs instead of a shake. If you can't do without that morning shake, put eggs in your shake. Sounds like to me your diet needs a lot of help. Add more protein for sure.

^^ thanks for your suggestions guys, I have since added more natural protein sorces for my diet. I want to start setting up my new cutting cycle. Can tren E be injected twice a week like the Test E? If not I might as well run TreAce and then I could add Test prop since I'll be doing EOD injections. As someone stated earlier, trying to avoid being a pin cushion with the EOD's, twice weekly would be best for me. I want to try Anavar but it looks like it'll be around $1000 to get enough of it to be affective, is it worth it?... I also need to know around what mg's if I do a Test E/Tren/Prop combo, as stated in my original post I did Test E/750mg, Deca/500mg, dbol 50mg cycle about a year ago..

Narrowing the cycle down... Hows this?
Weeks 1-12 - Test E /750mgs(split in 2 sticks)
5-12 - Tren E /400mgs(split in 2 sticks)
6-12 - Winny @ 50mgs a day
15-18 - Pct with Nolva 40/30/20 + Tribex
Anything you guys might add/subtract? I see a lot of people add Arimidex to their cycles, I got no sides from my last cycle so I'm not sure if its necessary...

I wouldnt bother with 750mg test on a cutting cycle, 500mg will be plenty. Ideally you wanna be running test prop and tren ace instead tho for the cutting cycle, run the tren ace @100mg eod and the test prop @150mg eod. Or if ur gonna run the longer esters bump sti360 except run the test @500mg and start pct 14 days after last test e injection also u should throw in some adex @.25mg ed to combat the bloat from the test e. Why dont u use clomid as part of ur pct?

^^ Glad the site is back up! I put the Test at 750mg because that is what I used last time and I figure you shouldn't go down in dosage. As far as the Adex, I'm not really concerned about bloating while on cycle, since it goes away after anyways.. Are there any other benefits? As far as Clomid.. I have some and could use it, but it seems frowned upon both here and at SE because its supposed to make you really emotional. Is nolva + trib not sufficient? I was also looking to add Liv. 52 to my cycle, one bottle is 100 tabs. How many a day do I need on cycle and how long do I take it. Also want to add Milk thistle.. how is that cycled?
