Here are my stats. 6'0" 230 12% BF 29 years old. Finished a test e only cycle about 7 weeks ago. This is my 5th test e cycle in the last 6 years so I take a considerable amount of time off between cycles. I feel and look big but I am looking for more of a harder look. Diet is good, usually allow 2 cheat meals a week and have an occassional alcoholic beverage (2-3 per week). Ya'll are probably going to bash me for this, but I do no cardio whatsoever. Basically, the main goal is the get the BF to around 7 or 8% with a good hard, vascular look. I am open to any and all suggestions.

- Cardio starting at 20 min. per session 3-5 times per week first thing in the morning on a empty stomach.

- Clen (moderate dose) and ketotifen cycle.

- Take a look at metformin...only in 2 carb meals per day(425-500 mgs in each).

- Carb around workouts and post cardio, the rest of the day meals are from protein veggies and fats (pure olive extra virgin oil).

- Only one cheat meal per week, take 850-1000 mgs of metformin with this meal.

- Forget the alcohol...

If you do it properly in 8-12 weeks the job can be done without noticiable muscle loss.

Thanks for the good info. I kind of figured it was the cardio that was missing.

Do some powerlifting in place of cardio... olympic powerlifts will shred fat off of you. Limit your rest during your workouts and lots of super-sets and adjust your diet and should lose fat and weight without needing cardio... im thinking you would need cardio in there to get to the 7%'s but you can drop alot of fat and get sub 10's without cardio IMO
