Ok so I got calipered today, 1 day away from the 2 week mark. I am 206lbs @ 9%bf... up from 197 two weeks ago. Definantly a little bloated from the creatine. :D

Anyways ive been posting on here for a while that my shoulders, finger and elbows are fucked to shit.:( Yah heres an update.

On my left side my AC joint has been disloged and I have calcium buildup on from it healing itself, its swollen and freakin painful, im doing my best to re-set it myself but the calcium deposites will be with me forever. I have a small tear on my tendons for my pec minor and sub-scapularis on my right side and on my left hand damaged tendons in my ring finger. :mad:

On a plus note my bench is now 385 and im almost to my target weight of 212... at which point I plan on cutting 1-2% fat. :D

I would like to have this genetics.

I can growth A LOT nat but i can name it "Clean bulk". :(

Sure there is no Dbol "creatine" brand in there? :D

Take care with your joint/tendon/finger pains you are not robocop, go to an osteopath.

I spend $$$ with a GOOD osteopath and this really help with a very few session (normally a couple ones fix problems like tendonitis...ON ME).

After this bulking and leaning all nat...Are you planning to do a joint/tendon recovery cycle?

An HGH/deca/eq low dose test and maybe var to kickstart?:rolleyes:

on a side note, cortisone in my ac joint is doing freakin wonders right now. i know it has some negative effects, but sometimes it's the only option. might wanna look into it.

Dang bod, seems like a lot of us on here are having a lot of problems with our body. How tall are you? because we are close to the same size and bf% and strength.
But my pain is so bad I went from workout with 4 sets on flat of 275 for 6-8 reps easy to 135 in gramacing pain as of last week.
I'm 6ft at 203lbs. I'm sure you seen the pic that I posted http://alinboard.com/showthread.php?t=10046
However, I think our goals are a little different. I would like to be about 185-190 at 6%bf.
And Iron, good to hear that your doing a little better.

im 6 ft as well. I wanna get to the 190's @6-7%

Lifting heavy, MMA, fights in general, extreme sports. You name it, ive taken a toll on my body. Im only friggin 24 :(

nice progress bod toward your goals. good to see people "walking the walk"...

re: injury and age. make sure your in it for the long haul bro. I am 43 and right now my right wrist is sore, left sholder is a little f'd but no more than usual (auto crash a few years ago) but other than that I am good to go.

make sure you think "long term"....:)
